last day of 2005

was in town, met up with our long seen friend RIKA!!! yes, she's back in singapore!! 3 of us, rika, bg n me (the "ah lian" gang) hahas went to chill out n talk crap. it's been a long time since we saw her. was so guilty when we cant meet up with her the last time she came back to singapore.
after that, we spilt up but all three of us are goin to the same place - ESPLANADE!!! for the fireworks =) i met up with my class, khee hoon, michelle, wan tong, devon, joanne, elf, joannah and alvin. went to have dinner. thn we took a walk down to esplanade. it was so damn damn crowded!!!!!

there's little place for u to actually walk. everywhere was so crowded. the last 2 hrs of 2005 was rather boring thou. nuttin to do, no where to go.... but well, at 12, the fireworks was splendid!!! but a stupid tree was blockin the perfect view of the fireworks. stupid!! vowed to chop it off before the next new year =)

after firworks, ppl are rushing out of the crowded place... which makes the road OURS! can u imagine, the busy road of city is acually ours for a few minutes when u can walk in the middle of the road without any car banging into u!!! of cos, cars are horning like mad but they cant beat the humans who didnt care cos it's NEW YEAR.

went off the marina to have a drink n some food. tired, thirsty and hungry. ok, by the time we left, its too late to catch the last train so since we're taking cab and there's traffic jam, we sat down on the floor to drag time.........
wantong mich n me each bought a volka and after drinkin, we used the bottle to play truth or dare. n joanne was damn funny when she pretends to be drunk and went over to a group of ppl askin them "What's the year today?" n devon was brave as she went to the center of nowhere to shout "I'M HOT" loud n clear for everyone to hear. COOL

all of them went home after that... n i went off to meet linda and alicia for clubbing. i was tired enough but they managed to persuade me by the foc covercharge :) rights, was down at one fullerton again.
i actually saw my sec senior xueling there..!! haha other than that, i saw my dmc seniors there too..oh my, why is everyone there?!?!?!!!!!!!!!! ok, that night was rather fun. they make fun of me with the waiter cos that waiter kept talkin to me the min i step into the club. he's like askn " oh, you just came rite? do u wan to get a table? a seat?......do u wan to order some drink?...." oh well, nt interested!!! oh ya, alicia had this manager of one to go head over heel abt her. hahaha it's so funny to see that guy waving like a kid to alicia!!! he even treat us to a jug of volka orange which a alot stronger than the first jug we bought!!!!

ok, they're nt fair. they force me to drink almost half a jug of it.. oh my, after i finish it, i was so bloated. that's nt the end, a little while after that, there's this bartender who suddenly taps my shoulder n push me 2 cups of burbon coke, the other for linda. n alicia only get a pure coke. no choice but to finish it. right before we're abt to leave, that "guy" of alicia smack one jug of cranberry before us!! oh god. i alr cant take it..."dun finish, dun get out of the place" - that's the rule. by that time, linda is alr drunk.. alicia din drink much so she's alright... after my last cup...im alittle tipsy alr... haha but overall its fun but tiring!!!

by the time i get home, its abt 6.30... nice bed n blanket...sleepssss.....
